Nutrition
Meals are freshly prepared in our on-site kitchen following nutritional guidelines for older adults. We accommodate special diets such as diabetic-friendly, low sodium, or gluten free.

1 Mile High Senior Club is part of the same family as 1 Mile High Senior Care, Denver’s trusted in-home care provider. Together we offer a complete continuum of support for older adults and their families, from engaging daytime programs at our center to personalized care provided right at home.
