Sample Daily Schedule
Every day at 1 Mile High Senior Club follows a comfortable rhythm that balances activity, rest, and connection. Our program is built to keep participants engaged while allowing flexibility for personal preferences and energy levels. The schedule below offers a glimpse of what a day might look like at our Denver center.
- 7:00 a.m. Arrival and breakfast
- 8:00 a.m. Morning exercise or stretching
- 9:00 a.m. Art, games, or music program
- 11:30 a.m. Lunch and conversation
- 1:00 p.m. Quiet rest, reading, or group activity
- 2:30 p.m. Snack and social time or afternoon activity
- 4:00 p.m. Departure

Each day includes a variety of social, physical, and creative activities, along with nutritious meals, light personal care support, and time for rest or quiet enjoyment.
Yes. We follow all documented dietary needs and allergy precautions as outlined in each participant’s care plan. Our kitchen team is trained to prepare diabetic-friendly, heart-healthy, gluten free, and vegetarian meals.
Our program is non-medical but supervised by trained staff and care coordinators who monitor each participant’s comfort and safety. If a participant requires a higher level of medical support, our team will work with families to coordinate appropriate resources.
We’re open Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., offering full-day attendance for participants who benefit from consistent structure and engagement.
